I’m the kind of person that can get overly stressed for no particular reason. Lately, my mind has been a vortex of chaos – thinking about stuff I want to do, NEED to do, and would rather be doing. It doesn’t help that some of these things have deadlines either. I know…there are hundreds, if not thousands of ways to calm a mind. And the internet is full of relaxation techniques.
Personally, think the answer is more time with animals 🙂
There is a NEW interview posted today in the Meet & Greet! Make sure you take a moment to check that out. And if you’re not caught up with the latest movie reviews, I’ve added a few recently. Lately, I’ve been watching more “horror-ish” movies – there are some fantastic ones out there now – a real change from what I consider boring “slash-chase” concepts.
I’m also on my 3rd draft of Buried (my 3rd novel). I was THIS CLOSE to sending it out to a few beta readers, but when I took a look at it again, I decided against it. I really want to make it “the best it can be” and if that means taking more time with the manuscript, then so be it. I learned the hard way (In a Corner, Darkly: Volume 2) that rushing to publish is not a good way to go.
Don’t forget to spread the word about the blog! Everyone is welcome.
