I’ve been working with a website designer since February 2026. While we have been in communication on and off the whole time, neither of us were aware of how “complicated” the switch to SquareSpace would be in regards to my current site here on WordPress.
It would likely have taken additional months and many thousands of dollars to change over – not an easy or lucrative move for me, this site, her, or anything else. I made the decision today to cut my losses, pay her the rest of what I owe, and stick with this one.
I contacted WordPress to ask for help with reconfiguring the design and possible transfer to another WordPress site, and basically I was told that ‘they don’t do that’. Thanks…for nothing.
So, here we are.
I will continue using THIS site, but you may see some changes here and there as I try my best to work through some design issues. (wish me luck…lol) I will also be posting some NEW interviews (as I’ve had people wait for the new site to be up), new Bloggy Updates, and the like.
Thanks for sticking with me as I navigate uncharted waters. Doing my best in a too techie world.
